Shipping Policy
At TRYIT, our family team packs every order at our Canterbury boutique, and we want it to reach you quickly and in perfect condition.
Australia

Shipping costs
  • Standard shipping (Australia Post Parcel Post): $10, or FREE on orders of $150 and over
  • Express shipping (Australia Post Express Post): $15
  • Pickup from our Canterbury boutique: FREE. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect. 
International Shipping costs
  • New Zealand: $30 per order for standard delivery
  • Rest of the world: $40 per order for standard delivery
Delivery for New Zealand usually takes 3-8 business days, depending on your destination and customs processing. 

Customs, duties and taxes
Our prices and shipping charges don't include any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can also add time to delivery.
If we can't ship to you
Occasionally we can't send an item to a particular destination, or shipping costs much more than the rates above. If this happens, we'll contact you within 1 business day of your order. You can choose to pay the difference or cancel for a full refund. We'll never charge extra without your approval.
